About six months ago I wrote a piece about a song that really hit me in the heart. I can remember hearing the song for the first time. I  was sitting at my dimly lit kitchen table, my cabinets 70's styled, the windows open, and the crisp smell of apple cinnamon coming from the wax burner. All of the sudden while editing the BuckCherry Interview I had just gotten finished. Suddenly about three lines into a song my now ex was listening to on the radio I heard it. " We've come a long way,  from where we began, Oh I'll tell you all about it when I see you again". That very line caught my attention. I found my self muting out everything else in my world, blogging, eating, or having a soda. My mind was drawn to this song.

"Those were the day's, Hard work forever pay's, Now I see you in a better place". I began to tear up a bit. See almost seven years ago I had lost my father to suicide. Now being a parent myself, at 26 I am going through some change. This song took all the negative out of my life, and instantly put a smile and great thoughts to my mind. It was a bit emotional ut also a great feeling of comfort. As soon as the song ended I replayed it over and over. At that time the song had only 26,000,000 plays. Earlier today for the first time in a month I went to pick up my daughter, she had been gone ion a trip to Minnesota, I turned that same exact song back on and relaxed once my little one went to sleep.

To my surprise Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth had hit 1,000,000,000 views. In theory this means that they hit 1See you again has become a world wide sensation. Originally a tribute to paul walker, the song hit home and topped the charts! See you again became a sensation across the world in just months! I guess quality artist can put together a great and powerful song that I get stuck on! I have found comfert in the words of this song, and the beat is emotional, and uplifting. If you have not heard it, It is worth a listen. It will bring some very powerful emotions!!
